During the three hour discussion, Brady spoke honestly about the issues the club has faced inside and outside of the stadium this season and listened carefully to the concerns we raised. It’s worth noting that she took everything we said on board, was very honest with her answers and spoke with genuine passion about wanting to get things right for the fans.
Present at the meeting were representatives of ClaretandHugh, KUMB, WestHamTilliDie, The West Ham Way, West Ham Fan TV, Hammers Chat, West Ham World, and Sex, Drugs and Carlton Cole. Together these sites and social media accounts are read and watched by tens of thousands of West Ham supporters and I feel it was right for the club to take this step.
I would encourage you to visit these websites to discover the key talking points and the pledges made by Brady. It has been agreed that this meeting will be held every three months for us to raise any fresh issues fans may have and, of course, to review actions made by the club on the points raised in previous meetings.
I would like to extend our thanks to Karren for inviting us along and I’m looking forward to the next meeting. I hope between now and then we will see the pledges made becoming a reality for us all.
